Did you catch this new start-up Klout?

If you’ve ever wanted to get a measurement of your influence in social media, this is the way to do it. Klout uses 35 different variables to evaluate things like True Reach and Amplification Probability to arrive at a comprehensive Influencer Score.

The Brooklyn Brothers’ Klout score is 7. Justin Bieber’s is 100. But then our haircut is way better. What’s your Klout score? Find out here.

    I just walked past a guy in a surfer dude store and he had on a Brooklyn Brothers t-shirt, which I thought was way cool. So, I Googled youse (that’s Brooklyn-ese, which I thought I’d mention since you’re not actually from Brooklyn)…and I thought I’d say hi, since
    A. We’re sort of in the same business….except I do music
    B. I love people who are not from Brooklyn
    C. I have a thing about England…I married a Brit, and that didn’t work out so well, but you can’t really hold that against an entire culture.
